About Jennifer
With 25 years leading HR functions across a variety of scaling organizations, I know how corporate life moves and what it takes to make a shift—one conversation, one insight, one brave choice at a time.
Partnering with individuals and teams navigating complexity, change, and growth, I bring deep expertise in leadership development, organizational culture, and systems alignment—helping clients move from stuck to strategic with clarity and confidence.

My clients say that I get to the heart of things quickly, helping them name what’s really going on and take aligned, courageous action. I find that although people often come to me for clarity—they stay for the joyful irreverence, real talk, and the sense that they don’t have to do this work alone. Working with senior leaders who are at a threshold: navigating change, facing a roadblock, or sensing that something in their leadership no longer fits, my specialty is working in complex systems to make sense of what’s next, helping leaders remember who they are, what they know, and what kind of life and leadership they want to claim next.

I hold an MBA from Mannheim Business School in Germany, one of Europe’s leading business schools known for its global perspective and emphasis on leadership, strategy, and innovation. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond in Virginia, where I developed the foundation for my career in people strategy and organizational development.

In addition to my academic achievements, I am also an iEQ9 ® (Enneagram) Accredited Practitioner and a certified Situational Leadership® facilitator. I leverage these tools to to help teams and individuals transform their awareness, up-level motivation and drive collaboration, leading to improved communication, enhanced leadership skills, and greater overall professional effectiveness.

🔹 Executive Hitting Burnout Wall
A senior leader was grappling with misalignment between her personal values and the company’s evolving strategic direction. She felt pressure to conform to a culture that prioritized speed and performance over equity and collaboration, which left her questioning her long-term fit and effectiveness as a leader. Together, we mapped a path forward that included courageous conversations and redefining what influence looked like in this new chapter. As a result, the leader re-established her credibility while staying true to her core values. This renewed clarity and presence positively shifted her team’s culture, improving engagement and psychological safety while connecting her back to her leadership

🔹 New Leader with Imposter Syndrome
A newly promoted director in a healthcare org was doubting herself and shrinking in rooms where she needed to lead. Through coaching, we named the old narratives holding her back, reframed her authority as relational (not performative), and supported her in stepping into a more grounded, confident leadership presence. She began leading meetings with clarity—and was later tapped for a stretch assignment.

Humanness
I am a coach, dog mom, hiker, and lifelong learner who believes leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about alignment, integrity, and showing up fully human. After several decades in the corporate world, I took the leap to build my own coaching practice— rooted in soul, strategy, and helping people face their challenges, head-on.
I love traveling the world, and have lived in cities across the US and in Europe. As of this writing, I reside in Seattle where I'm usually balancing coaching calls with dog walks, dance parties in the kitchen, and finding a little magic in the every-day.
