Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9)

To complete the iEQ9 assessment, each individual engages with a dynamically adaptive personality test that measures various aspects of personality, including Enneagram type, subtypes, centers of expression, and more. The assessment is designed to be user-friendly and should take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.

Debriefing the iEQ9 assessment with a certified Enneagram coach involves a personalized 1:1 session to explore each individual's unique profile, understand their core type and identify a growth path that correlates to connections made by the assessment. These individual sessions will support  actionable strategies that drive team understanding.

Work with your iEQ9 certified practitioner to co-design a program that will leverage the iEQ9 Enneagram insights to enhance team dynamics, communication, and overall performance. Together, you and your team will explore your individual iEQ9 profiles and find effective ways to facilitate a better understanding of themselves and the team as a whole.
